A Message from Phil

Thank you to my supporters and to the primary election voters of District 4 that put me in the

front-runner position for Supervisor.  I am proud of our primary campaign and have publicly declared

to run a clean campaign for the general election and will work hard to earn your vote again on

November 2. My platform is simple:  I am committed to restoring the economic vitality of San

 Benito County while preserving our rural heritage. To fulfill those promises, I will focus on

1) JOBS -  finding, creating, and keeping them; 2) GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABILITY;

3) PUBLIC SAFETY; and 4) TOURISM.  Thank you for your continuing support!
